Dr. Alexander Rohde joins Venturis Consulting Group. He was previously the COO of leading Swiss law firm Schellenberg Wittmer and before that he led legal operations at the Philip Morris International legal department.

Alexander is passionate about the “doing more with less”-challenge of General Counsels, where he focuses on the legal operating model, cost management and outside counsel management as well as efficiency and effectiveness improvements. Other key interests include department internal communication and culture. On the law firm side, he loves taking on organizational design challenges, efficiency and business services professionalization. He also assists on how to develop law firm brands, drive reputation and keeping firms future ready, i.e., transforming communication, firm culture or looking at diversity and ESG.
