Stefanie joined Venturis Consulting Group as a partner in September 2018. She has been working in the legal industry for more than 20 years. Her focus is on developing strategies to achieve and maintain profitable revenue growth aligning law firms’ objectives with client expectations and needs and creating the organisational structures to achieve this.
Profile & Professional background
Having started to work in the legal industry in 1995, Stefanie combines client and market insight and sound commercial judgement with a profound understanding of how legal partnerships operate in Germany, across Europe and at a global level. She builds on her experience of 10 years at Clifford Chance and 13 years at Allen & Overy in local and global business development leadership roles working alongside global senior management and local partners to develop high level objectives and the strategies to achieve them.
Stefanie assists law firms in particular on how to achieve profitable revenue growth with existing and new clients. She advises how to complement existing good practice with client insight, industry focus and efficient client development strategies. Stefanie also designs relevant structures and programmes that help embed and measure a joined up, client-centric approach within partnerships. Her recommendations are both practical and pragmatic as well as ambitious and client-led.
Education & Memberships
Stefanie graduated from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, with a degree in translation science, English, Portuguese and macro economics. She is German and speaks fluently English and Portuguese.
