Venturis Consulting Group strengthens its presence in Europe: Gerard Neiditsch, former CIO at Allens, King & Wood Mallesons, Global Head of Applications at Norton Rose Fulbright and currently with the University of St. Gallen, joins as consultant.
Venturis Consulting Group, the preeminent European law firm and inhouse legal strategy consulting firm, will further strengthen its presence in Europe with Gerard Neiditsch. Gerard has been a CIO with firms like Blake Dawson (now Ashurst), Mallesons (now King & Wood Mallesons), Norton Rose Fulbright and Allens (Linklaters Alliance) and has advised many in-house legal departments on legal operations strategy, business transformation and LegalTech strategy development and execution. Gerard is currently with the University of St. Gallen, where he advises and conducts innovative blended learning programs in LegalTech, business transformation and digitization for lawyers and managers.
Gerard Neiditsch states: “Recent developments have shown the benefits of the timely development and deployment of digitized services at in-house legal teams and law firms. The ‘do more with less’ challenge, combined with AI powered automation technologies allow law firms and General Counsel to face the future by rapidly developing and deploying pragmaticstrategies. I enjoy helping clients finding the paths that best suit their organizations and ensure sustained success. The most suitable approach to digitization is as varied as the markets and cultures in which the organizations operate.”
According to Marion Ehmann, Stockholm-based partner: “Legal tech is a natural fit to many strategic opportunities such as digitalization of legal services, alternative fee arrangements and Legal Project Management. That´s why having Gerard Neiditsch, with whom I have worked before, join our team is such a thrill.”
Venturis Consulting Group, which has been servicing international business law firms and some of the most prominent, independent law firms and several in-house departments across Europe for more than 15 years, is experiencing an increased demand for business transformation strategies, law firm and in-house restructurings and legal operations management advice. Venturis has also assisted international firms with market entries and advised national firms across Europe on governance reviews and profit and practice management systems. According to Gerard Tanja, Amsterdam-based partner: ‘’With Gerard Neiditsch we have one of the internationally most experienced legal tech and legal operations strategy consultants in our team. He has much sought-after hands-on and advisory experience with business transformation, and the design and execution of legal tech strategies at law firms, in-house departments and the Big 4. His specific expertise in legal tech and the execution of legal operations strategies for in-house departments is a very timely addition to our current service offering. We have an increased demand for such services from in-house departments and law firms across Europe and are expanding our services in this area.”
