Venturis Consulting Group, the pre-eminent European management and strategy consulting firm for the legal sector, is expanding its service offering to enhance assistance to corporate legal departments. Victoria Swedjemark, founder of Glowmind, a Swedish-based management consulting practice helping legal departments evolve, will team up with Venturis Consulting Group effective as of May 2021. Victoria has been working in the legal business law space for more than 20 years. She has led corporate legal departments at Björn Borg and Tele2, and was a lawyer with national, independent law firm Delphi in Stockholm.

At Venturis, Victoria will be responsible for the expansion of the in-house consulting advisory services in the Nordics as well as in other continental Europe jurisdictions, together with Gerard Neiditsch, Marion Ehmann and Martijn Lesterhuis from Venturis. The legal department consulting team will assist legal departments with their strategy, positioning and business alignment. The team will specifically focus on helping clients to build more effective and cost-efficient operating and service delivery models.
