This is an exciting time for Corporate Legal, with lots of new opportunities to seize and lots of change to manage. In the new set up we will have a competitive offering to help clients throughout Europe and will be able to take on large, complex projects. With our joint perspectives and experiences, we can create value and help transform the relationship between law firms and their clients into something truly client-centric.”
Venturis Consulting Group´s digitization expert Gerard Neiditsch has been advising corporate legal departments on technology and efficiency issues for more than 25 years. He says: “We are excited to welcome Victoria to our team at a time when corporate legal has moved to the center of so many corporates. Our experience in advising clients on Legal Operations, in particular the development of a Target Operating Model, and the business case for external spend management, contract life cycle management and internal partnering and collaboration projects will gain further momentum based on Victoria’s experience and insights.”
Venturis Consulting Group – which has been servicing some of the most prominent law firms and legal departments across Europe for more than 15 years – has supported independent and international law firms in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway for more than 10 years with strategic reviews, restructuring projects and market entries as well as practice management. Marion Ehmann, Stockholm-based partner says: “With legal services for businesses becoming a buyer’s market, legal departments are in the best position to drive change and co-create innovative solutions with law firms. This provides for great opportunities, and for considerable challenges, for both law firms and in-house legal functions. Therefore, I am extremely happy that we are now teaming up with Victoria. Her experience in leading and managing legal departments and consulting to legal department leaders is a very welcome addition to our service offering in the Nordics and beyond. I am excited about working together with her.”
