Digital transformation is impacting all industries, including the legal one with no exception. This session will address, with the support of experienced professionals and law firms’ advisors, on the impact of technology on law firm’s management, both as an opportunity – improving productivity and efficiency – and a risk, as in case of cybersecurity attacks. The use of social media, software and Artificial Intelligence have already and will continue to impact the way legal services are rendered to clients but also have an effect of law firm’s structure in terms of number of professionals needed, career path for lawyers and leverage.
