Marion is a Partner at Venturis Consulting Group and has been a lawyer for more than 20 years. Since 2013 she has been focusing on improving work processes, service levels, efficiency and client focus in both law firms and legal departments. The results she creates help to improve cooperation between business and legal, enhance economic performance, retain talent and support digitisation processes.
Profile & Professional background
She advices law firms and legal departments with regard to the design, introduction and execution of Legal Project Management, Legal Process Improvement and Legal Design and other topics. In addition, she has been retained as a trainer by legal training providers and universities such as e.g. the Executive School for Management, Technology and Law at the University St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Marion´s solid background as a lawyer (6 years with Clifford Chance in Germany and 9 years with leading Swedish law firm Vinge) and as a consultant for lawyers has provided her with a large repertoire of experiences and best practices. She combines thorough market knowledge with a deep understanding of the way lawyers think, work, learn and change.
Education & Memberships
Marion studied law in Germany and is admitted to the bar in Düsseldorf, Germany. In addition, she has studied work pedagogics, leadership, quality development and cognitive psychology at university level. She is certified as a coach on PCC level by the International Coach Federation and as a Legal Project Practitioner by the International Institute of Legal Project Management. She is a German and Swedish national and fluent in German, English and Swedish.
