On Thursday, 7 February 2019 Venturis Consulting Group will organise a seminar on How to Achieve and Maintain Profitable Revenue Growth.
Stefanie Hoogklimmer and Laura Pirillo, both partners with Venturis, will share their experience as to how law firms can respond to client pressures in terms of pricing, service delivery and differentiation and still achieve profitable revenue growth. With their broad and international expertise at global and leading national law firms, they will elaborate on how national, independent and boutique firms can execute programmes to develop closer client relationships, optimize sector focus and achieve sound and sustainable revenue growth.
