Venturis Consulting Group advised Noerr on the merger with the DJBW law firm in Warsaw after it had undertaken a strategic review of Noerr’s CEE strategy and growth potential in Poland. The Venturis team, consisting of Robert van Beemen, Daan Muntjewerf and Nastia Grishkova was led by Amsterdam-based partner Gerard Tanja.
