Venturis Consulting Nordics AB provides strategic advice to national independent and international law firms in the areas of strategy & positioning (including merger consulting), people & performance, and strategy execution. It will operate out of Stockholm and intends to add consultants from other Nordic jurisdictions to the team.

Venturis Consulting Group, the preeminent European law firm strategy consulting firm, will further expand into the Nordics with Vagn Thorup, who will join as an Of Counsel. The Nordic branch of Venturis Consulting, led by Marion Ehmann, started in January 2020. Marion Ehmann, Stockholm-based partner: “It’s great to have Vagn join our Nordic team as an Of Counsel. His deep knowledge of the Nordic legal markets will be very valuable for helping law firms and legal departments to cope with the changing market dynamics. Venturis Consulting Group – which has been servicing some of the most prominent law firms across Europe for more than 15 years – has been working with independent and international business law firms in Sweden, Norway and Denmark for more than 5 years and has implemented several strategic reviews, market entry projects of international business law firms and was involved in several Scandinavian law firm mergers.

With my background and local networks and market knowledge I can contribute to a sound and viable services offering in the legal services sector, which will see a lot of unprecedented change and transformation already in the next few years.
