The economic recession following the COVID-19 pandemia is reinforcing the already visible, underlying trends in the legal industry: Clients require lower and more predictable legal costs and greater transparency from their external advisors. Talents want to have a reasonable work—life-balance; remote- and hybrid working arrangements are here to stay. Digitization of legal services requires sound work processes and good workflow management. Legal Project Management (LPM) is the key to giving law firms´ most important stakeholder groups what they want.
