Sabijn is working in the Amsterdam office and heads the People & Organization Transformation practice in Benelux.
She is an expert in developing and executing recruitment and retention policies, talent management strategies and HRM performance management projects. Sabijn is increasingly focusing on the introduction of people analytics for lawyers and cultural transformation for law firms.
Sabijn has carried out advisory work in law firms and other professional services firms active in publishing, consulting, and the digital business world. She has coached C-suite executives, partners and teams to increase people performance, has introduced talent management frameworks and has designed several recruitment and retention strategies. Sabijn has executed several strategic HR initiatives in leading international law firms. Sabijn lived and worked in Brussels for 6 years joining a leading management consulting firm and advising the EU on social corporate responsibility. From 2006-2009 she facilitated and executed an extensive transformation process in the Legal and IP department of one of largest, global Life Sciences companies.
Sabijn holds a MA in Business Anthropology from the VU University of Amsterdam (1998). During her career she continued her professional and executive training including qualifying as a Leadership Development practitioner (2000), and is a Myers Briggs MBTI accredited consultant (CCL 2003). Sabijn is also an ICF accredited executive coach (2005) and is a TMA Talent Assessment expert partner (EHRM 2010).
Sabijn is a member of ICF Global (the leading global federation for Coaching & Leadership Development) and the TMA Talent Development Academy.
